Warranty

Your MPC watch is fully covered under warranty for 3 years from the date your watch is shipped. Specifically, this warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your watch as well as any defects in workmanship or broken components under normal use. MPC Watches, LLC will repair your watch at no cost, if the product is still under warranty. This does not include shipping costs for you to return the watch to us but does include the cost of shipping the watch back to you. We will repair any broken parts using new replacement parts. We take great pride in the quality of our watches and will address any issues outside of the 3 year warranty period as well. However, it will be up to the discretion of MPC Watches, LLC as to whether a component will be covered after the 3 year warranty period expires.

Exclusions to Warranty
The watch strap itself is not covered under warranty as this is considered a “wear and tear” item and may need to be replaced occasionally depending on multiple factors. The clasp is covered under the warranty. Damage to the watch resulting from negligence or unauthorized modification will void the warranty. Theft or loss of the product is also not included in the warranty. Scratches, blemishes, or cracks to the crystal face are not covered. Finally, damage to the watch by submersion in water or liquids is not covered.
